Kestrel never submits claims and never connects to a payer. It just tells you what would have come back denied.
What it catches
Every verdict names its source. Nothing is flagged on a hunch — and when there's no rule on file, it says so instead of pretending.
Daily cap for 97155 is 8 units — this member's day totals 10.
"The contractor shall not authorize this code for greater than eight units (two hours) per day."
97154 requires one of modifier U4, U6, U8 — none present.
"For billing purposes, group size must be indicated using the appropriate modifier."
80 units is 20 hours in one day. Every other 97153 line in this file bills 8 to 16 — was this meant to be 8?
